Book a Spirit Night at QDaddy’s Pitmaster BBQ

QDaddy's wants to partner with your school group, sports team or locally based community organization to help you meet your fundraising goals. Book your QDBBQ Spirit Night and earn up to 10% cash back on all dine-in & take- out sales generated by your group.

Here’s how it works:

1) Submit the application below to tell us a little about your group and your fundraising goals.

2) A member of our marketing team will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your eligibility and schedule a date that is good for your group and its supporters.

3)Check your email and confirm the proof of the Official QDBBQ Spirit Night flyer.

4) Spread the word via text, email and social media and reminder your supporters to attend the event. The bigger the crowd, the higher your donation check will be.

5)On the day of your event, show up hungry. Donations are based on dine-in and take-out orders. (Catering is excluded.)

6)Donation checks will be available for pickup at the restaurant 5-7 business days after your event. We will gladly mail it to you if specified.
